Have you got what it takes to become a Permanent Makeup Artist? If so it could be you next showing of your skills in Permanent Makeup at any worldwide event.
Myself and worldwide leading colleagues came together to provide the audience with demonstrations, talks and to judge technicians in different categories. This was an excellent opportunity for attendees to get to see technicians competing using microblading and original digital Permanent Makeup techniques. It was an awesome experience for all to learn and network.
I saw many aspiring technicians as I judged at the long awaited first UK Permanent Makeup Championship which took place at the ICC in Birmingham on 31st October. The high standard of performance in all the categories made my job as a judge very challenging indeed. With three categories: Category A. 0 to 2 years (10 attendees ), Category B. 2-4 years (10 attendees ), Category C. 4 years plus (10 attendees) there is every opportunity a beginner to permanent cosmetics can take place in a competition if the best fundamental training is provided at the beginning.
The organiser Katerina did an excellent arrangement in the project and getting all the participants and talkers together for an event which was the first of its kind in the UK. I’m sure there will be many more to come and if you are thinking about training it could be you there next year!
